Welcome to the City Wide Scavenger Hunt organized by Kadlec Hospital in partnership with Sibel Blau. Join us for an exciting and interactive event that promotes health and wellness throughout our community.

Event Information

The City Wide Scavenger Hunt is an annual event that brings together families, friends, and individuals of all ages to explore our city while engaging in fun challenges and activities. This year's event will take place on September 15th and will start at Kadlec Hospital at 10:00 AM.

Engaging Activities

During the scavenger hunt, participants will have the opportunity to solve riddles, complete tasks, and uncover hidden clues that will lead them to various locations throughout the city. Each location will present unique challenges and opportunities to learn about our community's health and wellness initiatives.

Health and Wellness Regions

The City Wide Scavenger Hunt is divided into five distinct regions, each focusing on different aspects of health and wellness:

  1. Nutrition

    Participants will visit local farmers' markets, community gardens, and food co-ops to learn about the importance of healthy eating and nutrition. They will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on activities and taste delicious, fresh produce.

  2. Physical Activity

    This region will take participants to parks, fitness centers, and recreational facilities where they can try out different exercise routines and learn about the benefits of regular physical activity on overall health and wellbeing.

  3. Mental Health

    Participants will explore meditation centers, counseling clinics, and support groups to gain knowledge about mental health. Various mindfulness practices and stress management techniques will be introduced to promote emotional well-being.

  4. Community Engagement

    This region will focus on community involvement and social interaction. Participants will have the opportunity to volunteer at local charities, learn about community resources, and engage in activities that foster a sense of belonging and connectedness.

  5. Environmental Awareness

    In this region, participants will explore parks, nature reserves, and environmental organizations. They will learn about sustainable practices, eco-friendly initiatives, and their impact on the environment and personal well-being.

Registration for the City Wide Scavenger Hunt is open to individuals and teams of up to six members.
